I thought I'd go ahead and establish a low baseline for nachos on this blog by showing what you get for $3 at Taco Bell. Yes, I do have a soft spot in my heart for queso, or "plastic cheese" as I like to call it. And yes, I know that the beef on this little plate of goodness is only about 40% actual meat, but I have to admit, these are a tasty snack for the price.
